Domestic & LPG Gas
Weather you wish to extend your scope or re-assess your gas qualifications we provide training and assessments to suit your needs.
Domestic gas re-assessments are usually completed within 4 days (including optional training)

Commercial Gas
Our commercial and catering assessments are run regularly throughout the year and are tailored to small groups or individuals.
We also provide change over and scope extension training for anyone wishing to up-skill.

New Entrants - Domestic Gas Course
If you have the ability to perform basic DIY tasks, and you have access to a Gas safe registered engineer (required for on-site evidence), you can be trained to become a domestic gas engineer with quality training at our bespoke centre in Barnsley. (M1 Junction 37)
Free
- 1 Day Alpha Installer course
ICD have the pleasure of introducing you to Alpha, who regularly offer “free” 1 day installer training on their domestic boiler range. Training courses are run throughout the year on a first come first served basis at our centre in Barnsley. Places tend to fill up fast, so booking early is recommended.
All attendees are provided with a free lunch and £500 of discount vouchers for Alpha products.
Water Courses
Our “Unvented” & “Water Regs” courses are primarily aimed at plumbers or heating engineers who wish to install and maintain unvented hot water storage systems in order to comply with section G3 of the building regulations.
Each course is usually conducted over 1 day - dependent upon current knowledge and experience.
